Eurasian Integration and the Clash of Values

The author focuses on the evolution of the concept of superiority of the Western civilization, as well as on the clash of values originating from erosion of its moral leadership. As a result of this conflict, the project of Eurasian integration is analyzed, which is pointed out to be of primarily political nature.
