Setevaja politicheskaja kommunikacija: teorija, praktika i metody issledovanija: monografija [Net Political Communication: Theory, Practice and Research Methods: a Monograph]. Saint-Petersburg: FGBOU VPO “SPGUTD”. 2013. 200 p. It is summarized that these works are of high value not only due to profound analysis of underlying and particular aspects of using political networks in state governance, but also because they raise a number of questions worth further investigation.
