New Principles of the “Philosophy of Frontier” in the Global World: De-Sovereignization or “Post-Sovereignization?”

The article analyzes the new principles of the “philosophy of frontier” – e.g. reflexive exploration (intensified by the level of social consciousness) of anthropological, socio-political, and socio-cultural changes that are characteristic of the Modernity and are revealed by different versions of “post-history” concepts. In this sense, such conceptions as theories of the “death of the nation-state,” of “zones of problematic statehood,” of “de-sovereignization,” of the “golden billion,” etc., constitute one rank of concepts, which are subjects to detailed examination at a new – “global,” “social” format, considering its main trends and prospects. The article is an expanded version of a paper given by the author at the “Globalization and De-Sovereignization” international conference (Kosovska Mitrovica, September 2013).
