Political Behavior: Unconscious Mechanisms and Their Rationalization
Presented at the Round Table were the results of investigations of Russians’ political values and of political perception of power representatives’ images. Especial attention is given to the rational and to the unconscious characteristics of political behavior. The participants of the discussion attempted to answer the question: is political behavior always rational, or is it determined also by unconscious motives an values?
