Fourth Wave of the World Process of Democratization and the Development of Civil Society in Central-East and South-East Europe

The depth processes of systemic transformation of all spheres of public and social life in the countries of Central-East and South-East Europe are considered in the article as the fourth wave of the world democratization. Processes have been exposed, of the formation of foundations of the law state, of the democratic system, and of the civil society in the European Union member states in comparison with other countries of the region.
