Type of Socio-Political Access within a Society and the Space of the World Politics (Historical Evolution of the World System)

A well-known political scientist explores in his article the correlation between the type of socio-political access within a society/state (i.e. internal structural/temporal factors of national/regional development), on the one hand, and, on the other, the formation either of the space of the world cooperative interaction, or of realistic balances in the world politics.
