Worldview Bases and General Scientific Paradigms of Social-Political Risk Management

The structural-functional paradigm of social analysis gives way to concepts aimed at research of social changes process, first of all to risk and accident theories. Creation of a methodology for estimation, analysis, forecast and management of political risks is an interdisciplinary problem. Statement and solution of such problems demands development of methodological and worldview research bases. The social-philosophical understanding of new general scientific paradigm connected with synergy and non-linear dynamics should become the conceptual-worldview basis of political risk theory and technologies of social-political risk management.
