Overcoming Capitalism: from Moral Collapse to Moral Revolution?

The article argues that the emergence of capitalist world system has caused collapse of the Christian morality that used to form the basis of value reproduction of political society. It is morality of homo economicus that has become dominant, but in its pure form it is unable to serve as support for the existence of society. The function of compensation of moral deficit for capitalism was transferred to the Modernity political project based on an unperfected alloy (not to say medley) of Christianity and capitalism in the form of liberal consensus of modern ideologies and utopias.
