Political Practice of the State–Private Partnership in Russia

The accumulated practice of the relations between the state and the business in Russia – to the extent that it has been examined – so far yet reflects mainly specific features peculiar for the relations of the developed democratic states with representatives of the Western business world. That hardly can be supposed sufficient for comprehension of the situation in our country, where the political system and practice are noted for a number of specificities (the same pertaining also to the economic behavior of the business circles).
