The Human Rights Political Science and Political Rights in Russia

The author’s attention is concentrated on what is, in his opinion, the key problem of the human rights political science – on the problem of demystifying the legal design of human rights and of sizing up the real process of politically designing the legal order. Political rights and liberties are discussed in the article first of all in the aspect of interrelation of citizen and the state, of citizen’s position in the system of political power.
