Stability of Political System: Homo Communicativus vs Homo Politicus

The author is considering political space – from the point of view of communicative processes – as an aggregate of homoeosynergetic systems and analyzes “homo communicativus” as the dominant actor of modern political relations, in which it is exchange of information (metabolism) that becomes the individual’s main requirement.
