Political Communicativistics: Problems of the Formation

The author examines the problem of the formation of political communicativistics as a particular subject field distinct from the studies both of informative-communicative constituents of politics and of politics in the informative-communicative sphere. The essence of the position set forth and argumented by the author is that the subject of this subdiscipline includes political communications as form, way and at the same time substantial attribute of political relations in society.
