It is methodological problems of mathematical modelling of socio-economic and of political processes that have become the main theme of the conversation with academician A.A. Akayev. High efficiency of the methodology of Kondratieffs’ cycles has been noted; the problem has been formulated, of perfecting the methodology of long-term forecast both at global and regional and local levels.
