The Scales and Rhythms of Democratization

The article considers the rhythms of the democratic process on the scale of the world politics. Democratization is here defined as the formation of a many-sided approach to the adoption of decisions on an international level and the expansion of participation in the settiing of global politics, in the global management. The author explores the connetions between global processes the dynamics of the democratization in individual states.
