To the Concretization of the “Big Europe” Concept

In the article, different aspects are analyzed, of Russian-European and of Ukrainian-European relations. The author points to new prospects both for Russia and for Ukraine. He relates such new prospects to cooperation within the framework of new superstructures, e.g. European con-federation.
