The Structure of Personal Perception of Political Power
The perception of power viewed as process experienced by the perceiving subject (individual), in the aspect of its structure, is analyzed in the article, and the influence of individual psychological factors on the perception process is examined. The author demonstrates that the vision of power, the notions about it are mediated by the entire complex of individual psychological characteristics of the perceiving subject: an individual views the world of the political in the light of peculiarity of his or her person, in the light of his motives, needs, and attitudes.
